I sacked my first person ever!
I have to say that it was one of the most horrible feelings I have ever experienced - even though I believe that the decision was the correct one. Going in to make the decision gives you the same feeling when you are told that have to attend a person under a train incident - An empty stomach feeling which causes you a little pain.
